Compared with fully automatic systems, this model has a lower purchase cost, effectively reducing the initial investment pressure of enterprises. Although manual assistance is required to complete bagging or paper tray placement, the production capacity has been accurately calibrated, which can meet the medium output demand and avoid the problem of excess production capacity waste that is easy to occur in fully automatic equipment. For paper tray packing, the equipment will adjust the running speed and precision to prevent paper tray wrinkling and ensure that the plastic empty bottles are fixed firmly. The touch screen can be customized to store the corresponding parameters of plastic bottles and paper trays, which can be retrieved with one click in subsequent production, improving operation efficiency.
