The multi-axis servo synchronous design allows fast adjustment of bottle sorting via a single control knob, supporting fast product changeover in 20 minutes and greatly improving production flexibility.
The high-speed bottle feeding system achieves a maximum capacity of 30 cases per hour for high-volume bottle sorting. With an extra-large output capacity, it processes more than 12,000 bottles per hour. The new-generation high-speed feeding mechanism removes the need for an extra bottle sorter, with a stable single-line speed of 8,000 bottles per hour and a 4-line capacity of up to 30,000 bottles per hour.
The servo-controlled feeding system guarantees high-speed performance and outstanding positioning precision. It easily meets the heavy-duty production demands of high-speed lines in fields including bottle blow molding, leakage testing, labeling, and other processes.
By introducing IoT intelligent technology, it supports real-time remote monitoring of equipment status, enabling accurate and timely operation analysis, predictive maintenance, and minimum downtime. For example, in a large beverage plant running 24-hour continuous production, it maintains a stable and efficient feeding rhythm, with throughput far exceeding traditional systems.
Even during peak periods with frequent bottle type changes, it adapts rapidly and keeps stable, high-precision feeding, ensuring smooth connection with downstream packaging and maximizing overall line efficiency.
Through standardized mass production, monthly output can be increased by 30 units, with faster after-sales support. Spare parts are available for same-day delivery, ensuring uninterrupted production. Integrated with the company’s ERP and office automation systems, the entire operation is standardized and highly efficient.
It is compatible with a wide range of bottle types, such as edible oil bottles, milk bottles, mouthwash bottles, daily chemical bottles, soy sauce bottles, pharmaceutical bottles, and many others.
