I. Compatible Models
Dedicated to Sany SY485H and SY485C Euro IV excavators,配套 with slewing bearing SSF1405.50CWHII (Material 13484728). Universally compatible with the same series SY465/550H large-tonnage models; not interchangeable with 365/375 series models.
II. Specifications
1. Appearance: Integral square forged steel fitting with an internal one-way check valve core (self-sealing oil valve) and side hole oil passage;
2. Threads:
- Lower external thread: M14×1.5 (screwed into the slewing bearing outer ring oil hole)
- Upper internal bore: Compatible with PT1/8 grease nozzle, side connection to φ8 purple copper hard grease tube;
3. Pressure Resistance: Rated at 40MPa, suitable for high-pressure grease guns for injection, dustproof and prevents grease backflow;
4. Numbering Meaning: SY485C1I3KH = Machine drawing number, 1.7 = Oil passage diameter specification, -2 = Second-generation improved model.
III. Installation Location
Slewing bearing outer ring oil filling hole, upper frame grease copper tube end transition seat, terminal of the machine's centralized lubrication pipeline, 1 piece standard per turntable.
IV. Product Function
1. One-way pressure retention: Automatically seals the oil port after grease injection, preventing internal grease from backflowing and depressurizing, avoiding mud and water ingress;
2. Pipeline transition: Redirects the frame's embedded copper tube oil circuit to the turntable oil passage, eliminating the need to open the cover each time to inject grease directly;
3. Protection: The valve core blocks sand and mud from entering the raceway, preventing oil passage blockage and turntable oil deficiency wear.
V. Common Faults
1. Internal valve core jamming: Grease cannot be injected, no pressure, turntable grease deficiency, abnormal rotation noise and looseness;
2. Thread damage: Frequent disassembly causes external thread damage, leading to fitting leakage and dust ingress;
3. Side copper tube cracking: Vibration and wear on the oil tube cause grease leakage.
