Multiple tonnage options are available from mini 1-ton excavators up to large mining 50-ton & above heavy-duty models to meet different construction demands.
What Is Our Remanufacturing Standard
Our remanufacturing process strictly follows industrial remanufacturing technical specifications, far superior to ordinary second-hand or simply refurbished machines.
Complete machine disassembly: Every whole machine is fully stripped down, all parts cleaned, inspected and classified one by one. Worn, cracked and aging components are eliminated directly.
Core component overhaul & replacement
Engine: Disassembled inspection, cylinder liner, piston, bearing, sealing kit replaced as required, pressure test and running test conducted to restore rated power, low fuel consumption and stable emission performance.
Hydraulic pump, main control valve, traveling motor, swing motor: Internal wear measurement, grinding repair or replacement of plunger, valve plate, friction plate and sealing parts, pressure debugging to ensure system pressure and flow reach factory standard parameters.
Chassis system: Track chain, track shoe, roller, idler, sprocket inspected and renewed if excessively worn, guarantee stable walking and tension performance.
Electrical wiring harness, sensors, instrument panel: Troubleshooting, replacement of aging lines and faulty electronic components, stable whole-machine electric control system.
Whole machine assembly & comprehensive testing
After reassembly, we conduct continuous running test, action coordination test, load test and leakage inspection for the whole excavator to eliminate oil leakage, abnormal noise, slow movement and pressure instability problems. The exterior is polished and repainted for neat appearance.
