1. Basic Information
Brand: Genuine SANY Original Part
Applicable Models: SANY SY365 series excavators (Equipped with Isuzu 6HK1 engine)
Position & Function: Upper water outlet pipe of the engine cooling system. It connects the water outlet of engine cylinder block and the water inlet of radiator, delivering high-temperature coolant to the radiator for heat dissipation and maintaining normal thermal balance of the engine.
Original Matching: Manufactured at SANY Changshu Industrial Park. 100% precise fit for Isuzu 6HK1 engine and SY365 radiator, no modification required.
2. Material & Structure
Main Material: High-strength EPDM rubber with temperature resistance ranging from -40℃ to +120℃. The inner layer resists hydrolysis, the middle layer prevents burst, and the outer layer features excellent anti-aging performance. It is applicable to harsh mining environments with high temperature, intense vibration and oil contamination.
Reinforced Structure: Multi-layer fiber braided reinforcement on pipe wall. With working pressure up to 1.5 bar, it is anti-burst and anti-deformation to effectively avoid pipe rupture.
Connector Design: Molded rigid pipe connectors with sealing grooves at both ends, equipped with original oil-resistant rubber gaskets. Fixed by flanges and clamps for leak-proof connection and firm installation.
Shape Feature: Custom curved shape tailored for SY365 engine compartment to avoid structural interference, easy for installation and removal.
