- Structure: Single-stage 32-tooth helical gear with keyway for positioning. Driven through the timing idler gear set, forming a precise transmission chain with the crankshaft gear and idler gears.
- Installation Location: At the end of the timing gear chamber, on the high-pressure oil pump shaft end, directly driving the injection pump.
- Precision: Dynamically balanced, with minimal transmission error, ensuring accurate fuel injection timing and preventing engine power deficiency and excessive black smoke.
- Interchangeability: Only compatible with 6HK1/4HK1 electronically injected models. Not interchangeable with oil pump idler (34 teeth), timing idler (61 teeth), or crankshaft gear (42 teeth).
