3. Working Principle
This is a low-pressure fuel transfer pump, installed between the fuel tank and high-pressure fuel pump.
Motor Drive: The 24V DC motor drives the roller pump chamber to rotate.
Suction & Pressurization: It creates negative pressure to draw fuel from the tank and pressurize fuel to 0.3–0.5 MPa.
Pressure Stabilization: Equipped with built-in check valve and safety valve to stabilize fuel pressure and protect the high-pressure fuel pump.
Filtration Protection: Integrated metal filter at the inlet to remove impurities preliminarily.

Cold Start Assistance: High-power 24V design ensures quick and reliable startup in low-temperature environments.
Vapor Lock Prevention: Forced fuel delivery reduces engine stall caused by fuel vapor lock under high temperature or high altitude conditions.
Precision Component Protection: The internal filter blocks impurities and extends the service life of high-pressure fuel pumps and fuel injectors.
