1. Structure & Material
Main Barrel: Made of high-strength impact-resistant black engineering plastic with integral injection molding. It features sun resistance, rain resistance, vibration resistance and anti-aging performance, suitable for heavy-duty working conditions in mines.
Cyclone Separation Chamber: Equipped with spiral guide vanes on the inner wall. It works with the upper barrel to achieve centrifugal separation of coarse dust (＞20μm), and the dust settles down along the barrel wall for collection.
Sealing Connecting Flange: Precisely positioned to connect with the upper barrel. Designed with sealing grooves and fitted with original oil-resistant rubber seals to prevent air leakage and short-circuited air intake.
Dust Storage Chamber: Large-capacity lower cavity for storing separated coarse dust particles and avoiding re-entrainment of dust.
Locking Structure: Evenly distributed clips and bolt holes around the circumference for quick connection with the upper barrel. Easy to assemble and disassemble without special tools.
Reinforced Rib Design: Integrally formed reinforcing ribs on the barrel wall enhance impact resistance and deformation resistance, and extend service life.
2. Functions & Working Principle
Coarse Dust Cyclone Separation: Dust-laden air flows from the upper barrel into the lower barrel. The spiral guide structure generates centrifugal force to throw large dust particles (＞20μm) onto the barrel wall, which then fall into the bottom dust chamber. The separation efficiency reaches over 95%.
Air Flow Regulation: The inner guide structure stabilizes air flow, reduces turbulent resistance, improves air intake efficiency and lowers engine power consumption.
Sealed Air Intake: Forms a fully enclosed air intake channel together with the upper barrel and rain cap. It prevents unfiltered air from entering the main air filter and protects engine cylinders and pistons.
Pre-filtration & Load Reduction: Separates coarse dust in advance to greatly reduce the load on the main air filter. The service life of the main air filter can be extended by 30%–50% and maintenance costs are reduced.
Working Condition Adaptation: Specially designed for harsh environments such as mines, construction sites and muck yards with heavy dust, high humidity and strong vibration for stable and durable performance.
