1. Product Overview
This is the upper water outlet pipe for the engine cooling system of SANY SY365H mining excavator. It connects the water outlet of the engine cylinder block and the water inlet of the radiator, conveying high-temperature coolant for heat dissipation. It maintains the thermal balance of the engine during heavy-load, high-temperature and long-hour operation, and prevents overheating and cylinder scuffing. As an original matching part, it features precise dimensions for perfect alignment and requires no modification during installation.

3. Material & Structure
Main Material: High-strength EPDM rubber, temperature resistance: -40℃ ~ +120℃. It is resistant to hydrolysis, aging and oil contamination.
Reinforcement Layer: Multi-layer polyester fiber braided structure. With working pressure up to 1.5 bar, it is anti-burst, anti-deformation and anti-vibration.
Connectors: Molded rigid rubber connectors with sealing grooves at both ends, fitted with original oil-resistant rubber gaskets. Fixed by flanges and clamps for reliable leak-proof performance.
Shape: Integrally formed curved design dedicated for engine compartment, avoiding pipeline interference and enabling easy installation and removal.
