XLPE insulated armored power cable standard
Products can be produced according to our factory specifications, equivalent to the IEC60502 standard. The factory can also design and manufacture special power cords according to other standards required by customers.
Structure of XLPE insulated armored power cable
Conductor: Oral copper and aluminum can form a multi-stranded conductor.
Insulation: The conductor is insulated with a layer of extruded PE/PVE/XLPE/rubber mixture.
Filling: The assembled cable is filled with a layer of PVC composite material to fill the gap between the core wires and make the cable round.
Armor: Consists of a single-layer galvanized steel wire of appropriate size.
Sheath: Protect the outer layer of the armored PVC composite material.
