The U-1000 RVFV power cable, manufactured by Zhenglan Cable Technology Co., Ltd, is a premium-grade low voltage armoured power cable designed and tested to meet the rigorous requirements of NF C 32-322 and IEC 60502-1 standards. Featuring copper conductors with XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) insulation, PVC inner sheath, double galvanized steel tape armour (STA), and a durable black PVC outer sheath, this cable delivers exceptional mechanical protection, thermal stability, and long-term reliability in the most demanding installation environments.
Construction Layers (Inner to Outer):
· Copper Conductor (Class 1 or Class 2 per IEC 60228)
· XLPE Insulation (Cross-Linked Polyethylene, colored per HD 308 S2)
· Filler and Bedding Compound (Non-hygroscopic)
· Inner Sheath
· Double Steel Tape Armour (Galvanized steel, helical wrap)
· PVC Outer Sheath (Black, UV-resistant, flame retardant)
