Product introduction

Equipped with Weichai WP10.5H engine, turbocharger, electric start, electric shutdown, strong power, large power reserve; three-stage air filter, specially designed for the harsh working environment of the construction machinery industry, adopts DOC+DPF+SCR technology route, and the emission meets China IV stage standard; multi-stage fuel filter, fuel water removal filter, good fuel adaptability, ensure the cleanliness of the engine system, proprietary engine curve, according to the working conditions, with a variety of working modes, higher economy.

Adopting self-developed high-end electronic control MYF260A gearbox, the whole box adopts efficient three-element torque converter, helical gear transmission, full-flow electro-hydraulic control system for power shifting, with front four and rear four gears, neutral protection, KD gear forced downshift, power cut-off and other electronic control functions, strong carrying capacity, high transmission efficiency, convenient maintenance, long gear life and other characteristics, advanced performance, can simplify the driver's operation, can effectively reduce the driver's work intensity, adapt to the use requirements of various working conditions of the loader, and improve work efficiency. Large carrying capacity, fully meet the power requirements of the loader.

The hydraulic system is equipped with the third-generation fixed variable hydraulic system with self-developed load-sensitive pressure compensation technology as standard, which improves the operation capacity and efficiency of the whole machine under complex working conditions, saves engine power, and saves more than 5% energy compared with the second-generation fixed variable technology. The pilot handle integrates FNR shift function for easy operation.
