The workflow is smooth and continuous: after loading, the workpiece is automatically rolled into shape by a die, followed by electrode wheel pressing and seam welding. The entire process is coordinated and controlled by a PLC for stable and reliable operation. Optimized for welding 0.5-1.5mm low-carbon steel thin plates, it features a compact structure and innovative design, significantly improving the efficiency and quality of drum welding while effectively reducing energy consumption and labor costs.
