The flash butt welding machine is specially designed for saw blade butt welding scenarios and integrates the core functional modules required for flash butt welding. The host frame provides stable structural support, the pneumatic transmission mechanism achieves clamping and forging actions, the welding transformer and secondary circuit cooperate to output welding energy, and the welding controller ensures precise coordination between flashing and forging processes. Welding transformer is efficient and stable, with abundant energy output: The welding transformer adopts high magnetic conductivity material iron core and high-quality winding, which has good heat dissipation performance and overload resistance.
