Four welding heads, each completing 4 projection welds, deliver a total of 8 weld points per clamp. The automatic sequential firing—left to right—eliminates manual repositioning, reducing operator fatigue and boosting output per shift.
Welding pressure and current are independently adjustable for every head, allowing you to fine-tune each weld zone according to material thickness and coating conditions. Stroke adjustment minimizes idle travel, cutting cycle time and preventing interference between workpiece features.
The frame is shock-resistant, seismic-resistant, and internally reinforced with multiple ribs to minimize deformation during welding. This structural rigidity ensures stable electrode alignment weld after weld, while protecting the operator during prolonged production runs.
The upper electrode uses a gas-liquid pressure cylinder combined with an aluminum alloy barrel and low-damping seal ring. A pilot large-flow solenoid valve delivers extremely fast tapping speed and precise pressure follow-up, improving weld consistency on coated steel.
The upper electrode moves horizontally with independent welding stroke and workpiece operation stroke, while the lower electrode remains fixed. This simplifies operation, reduces pressure impact on parts, and lowers noise during the descent and ascent phases.

When the operator presses the start button, the welding controller automatically fires each head in sequence from left to right—no manual intervention required until all weld points are complete. Each head performs projection welding of 4 points, achieving 8 protrusions in one clamping process. Since every head has independent pressure and current adjustment, and the auxiliary cylinder position is tuned via the adjusting nut, you can reduce idle stroke and prevent interference between the workpiece and the electrodes for each unique part geometry.
