The machine body is shock resistant and seismically rated with high rigidity, featuring multiple internal reinforcing ribs that minimize deformation under load. This ensures stable welding conditions, extends component lifespan, and guarantees operator safety during sustained high duty cycles.
The upper electrode is actuated by a gas liquid pressure cylinder, enabling highly accurate pressure adjustment. The upper electrode moves horizontally forward and backward, fully independent from the workpiece operation stroke, while the lower electrode remains fixed. Descent and ascent speeds of the pressure head are freely adjustable, reducing impact on workpieces and minimizing operational noise.
