The upper electrode is driven by a cylinder with fine pressure adjustment, while a dedicated air tank ensures stable standby force. This design eliminates manual guesswork and gives operators repeatable welding force for every joint.
A straight solenoid valve accelerates head reaction speed, boosting cycle rates and reducing airflow loss. Both working stroke and auxiliary stroke are smooth, and the lower electrode can be adjusted vertically to match different workpiece heights.
Water-cooled high-power SCR modules deliver strong, stable secondary current. Combined with upper-insulation secondary conductors, the machine maintains excellent electrical insulation and thermal stability even during continuous production.

The welder operates on the resistance projection principle: the workpiece is placed between two copper electrodes, and a low-voltage, high-current pulse is applied while the upper electrode presses down with pneumatic force.
