The upper electrode is pressurized by an air cylinder, allowing for convenient and precise force adjustment. A dedicated air reservoir helps buffer supply fluctuations, ensuring stable and consistent pressure output for every weld.
The upper electrode moves vertically with smoothly and infinitely adjustable working and auxiliary strokes. The lower electrode is vertically adjustable in height for quick adaptation to workpieces of varying thicknesses and geometries.
A direct-acting solenoid valve is employed, significantly improving system response time and electrode cycling speed, while optimizing the air circuit to effectively reduce air consumption for more economical operation.
The descent and ascent speeds of the pressure head are independently and infinitely adjustable. This feature effectively cushions mechanical impact on the workpiece, protects surfaces, and notably reduces operational noise.
The secondary circuit utilizes an upper insulation configuration, providing stable and reliable insulation. This design permits safe operation in various installation setups, simplifies mounting, and prevents short-circuit risks.
The main circuit incorporates a water-cooled, high-power thyristor rectifier module. Combined with efficient cooling, it ensures welding current output that is strong, stable, and reliable, supporting continuous, high-duty-cycle operation.
All waterway components are made of copper and stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance. A visual flow indicator allows for clear monitoring of coolant circulation, facilitating routine maintenance.
Controlled via a foot switch, the welding cycle is fast, achieving high production efficiency while significantly reducing operator labor intensity.
