Product Description

Kickless Cable (or Secondary Water-Cooled Cable) is a uniquely structured type of insulated conductor. Its ingenious design features a compact cross-section capable of handling extremely high operating currents, paired with efficient heat dissipation via internal water circulation. The cable employs stranded soft copper wires as the core conductor, sheathed in a special rubber water jacket, creating an annular cooling water passage between them. The conductor ends are welded to copper terminals, secured externally by a steel ferrule. The terminals incorporate internal water ports connected to the cable's waterway. This construction makes it particularly suitable for electrical equipment operating under low voltage and high current conditions. It offers excellent bending and mobility characteristics and serves as a critical component for ensuring stable power transmission and thermal equilibrium in automated welding, induction heating, and similar applications
