This Multi-Head Steel Grating Press Spot Welder is a fully automated welding workstation designed based on the customized requirements of the buyer's channel components. It operates on a "manual loading, automatic positioning, no clamping required" process, capable of automatically completing the sequential welding of all points on a workpiece in a single fixture cycle (supports simultaneous multi-point welding with adjustable specifications). During welding, a mobile platform automatically indexes, advancing the workpiece to the next station. The entire welding, indexing, and monitoring sequence is under PLC-based full automatic control, featuring automatic monitoring/alarming and fault-triggered shutdown. It delivers outstanding production efficiency, with a cycle time of approximately 50 seconds to complete a typical workpiece (e.g., 25-step welding). Direct Power Supply & Energy-Saving Design: Employs a method where the welding transformer supplies power directly to the workpiece, resulting in a short energy transmission path with minimal loss. Regular replacement of the welding heads maintains performance, contributing to energy efficiency.
Advanced Pneumatic Pre-Pressurization System: The welder uses pneumatic electrodes with automatic preload force adjustment, ensuring a relatively constant pre-pressure. Compared to spring preloading, it offers the advantages of less electrode impact, reduced electrode wear, and more secure weld points, further minimizing welding spatter and extending electrode life.
Intelligent Human-Machine Interaction & Management: Key electrical components are controlled by a PLC, implementing intelligent management of equipment operation.
