The system is suspended on a low-friction slide rail and pulley system, with its weight fully or partially offset by a high-precision spring balancer. This allows the operator to guide the welding gun effortlessly in all three dimensions without bearing its load, achieving natural, fatigue-free movement.
The main control switch is directly integrated into the ergonomic handle, enabling the operator to initiate welding and reset cycles without ever removing their hands. This seamless control, combined with the system’s low rotational resistance, allows the welding torch angle to be adjusted intuitively "at the wrist," placing control directly at the operator’s fingertips.
A closed-loop forced water-cooling system continuously circulates coolant through the transformer and electrode arm. This efficient heat dissipation allows for sustained high-duty-cycle operation, prevents overheating, ensures consistent weld quality, and significantly extends the life of consumable electrode caps.
Built on a fully modular architecture, key components like the welding transformer, pneumatic system, and flexible arm assembly are optimized for performance and serviceability. The system can be configured with different arm lengths and electrode styles to tackle a wide range of metal processing tasks, from light-gauge assemblies to more demanding fabrication work.
C Type Welding Gun: suitable for welding on vertical plane or near vertical plane. Conventional sheet metal lap joints, such as those in car doors, agricultural machinery coverings, and cabinet shells.
X Type Welding Gun: suitable for welding on horizontal plane or near horizontal plane. Workpieces with limited space on both sides, such as car body side beams and building steel structures.
