Product Overview
Stainless Tube Motor Roller Electric Aluminum Semi Automatic Vent Pipe Elbow Welded Air Duct Resistance Seam Welder
Designed for circumferential seam welding of stainless steel ducts and formed duct components, this vertical seam welding machine provides an integrated solution combining workpiece positioning, mechanical transmission, electrode pressure, welding control and cooling. Its upper and lower copper electrode wheels work together while the workpiece is rotated through the welding area, allowing a complete circular seam to be processed within a fixed workstation. The pneumatic actuator at the top controls the electrode movement, while the side-mounted control cabinet provides centralized machine operation and welding control. A stainless steel water tray is incorporated into the lower section to support the cooling system. With its compact yet industrial structure, the machine is well suited for professional fabrication of stainless steel ducts and similar cylindrical or formed components.
Main Features
1.Dedicated Circumferential Welding Design: Developed for circumferential joints of stainless steel ducts and similar cylindrical or formed components, suitable for welding 0.5+0.5 mm stainless steel material.
2.Coordinated Upper and Lower Electrodes: Equipped with upper and lower copper electrode wheels, with the upper electrode automatically performing the welding while the workpiece is rotated.
3.Straightforward Operation: The duct is positioned over the lower electrode wheel and manually rotated while the machine performs the main welding operation.
4.Pneumatic Pressure Mechanism: A pneumatic actuator is installed at the top to provide mechanical movement for the electrode assembly.
5. Independent Welding Control System: A dedicated side-mounted control cabinet integrates the machine operation and welding control functions.
6. Integrated Industrial Structure: Transmission, conductive, welding, air and water systems are integrated into one machine, with overall dimensions of approximately 1600 × 1000 × 2200 mm and a weight of about 750 kg.
Welding Test
Welding Workpiece:Suitable for stainless steel ducts, straight tubes, reducers, elbows and other cylindrical workpieces with circumferential seams.
Upper & Lower Electrode Wheels
The upper and lower copper electrode wheels form the main welding contact area as the duct rotates through the welding position.
Upper Pneumatic Actuator
The top pneumatic cylinder drives the welding assembly vertically and provides the required movement for the upper electrode wheel.
Gas Storage Tanks
Stores and buffers compressed air to provide a stable air supply for the pneumatic system.
Water Circuit Components
Equipped with flow monitors, water pipes, valves and fittings for monitoring and controlling the cooling water circulation.
