Product Overview
Pneumatic Motor Roller Rolling Tube Ring Electric Stainless Pipe Circular Air Duct Roll Seam Welding Machine
The seam welding machine features a vertical industrial configuration, with the main welding assembly positioned in the upper and central section of the frame and driven by a pneumatic actuator. Two copper electrode wheels form the core welding area and work together with the lower workpiece support and transmission structure to create a dedicated welding unit. An independent side-mounted control cabinet provides centralized electrical and operational control. The lower section is built on a wide steel base and incorporates a stainless steel water tray, separating the welding, control and cooling functions within the overall machine structure. This configuration is suitable not only for standard stainless steel ducts but also for formed tubular components requiring circumferential seam welding at a dedicated workstation.
Main Features
1.Simple and Clear Workflow: The machine follows a straightforward process of workpiece positioning, manual rotation and machine-assisted welding.
2.Combination of Manual and Machine Operations: The operator retains control over workpiece rotation and loading, while the machine performs the main welding operation.
3.Fixed Welding Area: The welding assembly is concentrated at the center of the machine, allowing the workpiece to rotate around a defined welding zone.
4.Automatic Electrode Coordination: The upper electrode wheel performs the corresponding movement through the machine's welding mechanism without requiring continuous manual tracking of the seam.
5.Side-Mounted Control Cabinet: The control system is positioned on the side of the machine for centralized operation.
6.Suitable for Repetitive Processing: The operating concept is suitable for repeated production of similar stainless steel ducts and formed tubular components.
Welding Test
Welding Workpiece:Suitable for stainless steel ducts, straight tubes, reducers, elbows and other cylindrical workpieces with circumferential seams.
Upper & Lower Electrode Wheels
The upper and lower copper electrode wheels form the main welding contact area as the duct rotates through the welding position.
Upper Pneumatic Actuator
The top pneumatic cylinder drives the welding assembly vertically and provides the required movement for the upper electrode wheel.
Gas Storage Tanks
Stores and buffers compressed air to provide a stable air supply for the pneumatic system.
Water Circuit Components
Equipped with flow monitors, water pipes, valves and fittings for monitoring and controlling the cooling water circulation.
