Product Overview
Stainless Steel Roller Ring Water Cooled Horizontal Continuous Tube Air Duct Pipe Resistance Seam Welding Machine
Unlike conventional welding methods that require the operator to continuously move a welding torch along the joint, the seam welding machine concentrates the circumferential welding operation within a dedicated electrode assembly. The workpiece is rotated through the welding position while the upper and lower copper electrode wheels work together to process the circular seam. This configuration is particularly suitable for stainless steel ducts and formed components with regular circumferential joints. The vertical layout integrates pneumatic pressure, copper electrodes, transmission components and welding controls into one working area, leaving the operator mainly responsible for workpiece handling and rotation. For 0.5+0.5 mm stainless steel duct fabrication, this dedicated welding concept can be readily incorporated into repetitive production processes.
Main Features
1.Optimized for Circumferential Joints: The core working area is designed around circular seams, making the machine suitable for continuous seam processing of duct-shaped workpieces.
2.Copper Electrode Wheel Structure: Copper electrode wheels form the primary welding contact area and provide a dedicated welding zone.
3.Workpiece Rotation During Welding: The operator rotates the duct so that the circumferential joint passes through the electrode area during the welding process.
4.Pneumatically Driven Electrode Movement: The upper cylinder works with the welding assembly to provide the vertical movement required for circumferential seam welding.
5.Dedicated Secondary Circuit and Transformer: The machine incorporates a secondary welding circuit and welding transformer as part of the complete resistance welding system.
6.Suitable for Thin Stainless Steel Ducts: Primarily developed for circumferential welding of 0.5+0.5 mm stainless steel ducts in professional fabrication environments.
Welding Test
Welding Workpiece:Suitable for stainless steel ducts, straight tubes, reducers, elbows and other cylindrical workpieces with circumferential seams.
Upper & Lower Electrode Wheels
The upper and lower copper electrode wheels form the main welding contact area as the duct rotates through the welding position.
Upper Pneumatic Actuator
The top pneumatic cylinder drives the welding assembly vertically and provides the required movement for the upper electrode wheel.
Gas Storage Tanks
Stores and buffers compressed air to provide a stable air supply for the pneumatic system.
Water Circuit Components
Equipped with flow monitors, water pipes, valves and fittings for monitoring and controlling the cooling water circulation.
