Product Overview
Vent Pipe Elbow Stainless Tube Water Cooled Horizontal Continuous Pneumatic Motor Roller Duct Seam Welding Machine
The circumferential seam welding machine is primarily intended for stainless steel ducts and similar formed sheet-metal components with circular joints. As illustrated by the actual workpieces, the seam welder is not limited to conventional cylindrical ducts; it can also be used for formed duct components where the joint geometry is compatible with the machine's electrode configuration. The working concept combines manual workpiece rotation with machine-assisted welding, supported by the pneumatic actuator, electrode wheels and welding control system. For manufacturers producing different stainless steel duct or similar tubular components, this dedicated circumferential welding station can serve as an independent process within the overall production system.
Main Features
1.Dedicated Welding Workstation: Circumferential duct welding is concentrated within a specialized machine, reducing variations caused by different manual working environments.
2.Consistent Welding Movement: The main welding action is performed through a fixed electrode mechanism, creating a more standardized process.
3.Defined Workpiece Rotation: The operator rotates the duct so that the circular seam passes through the welding area.
4.Reduced Complex Manual Welding Movement: The operator does not need to continuously move a welding torch around the entire circumference.
5.Suitable for Batch Processing: Manufacturers repeatedly producing similar ducts can use the machine as a dedicated welding stage.
6.Easy Production-Line Integration: The machine can be positioned between duct forming, assembly and subsequent processes as a clearly defined production station.
Welding Test
Welding Workpiece:Suitable for stainless steel ducts, straight tubes, reducers, elbows and other cylindrical workpieces with circumferential seams.
Upper & Lower Electrode Wheels
The upper and lower copper electrode wheels form the main welding contact area as the duct rotates through the welding position.
Upper Pneumatic Actuator
The top pneumatic cylinder drives the welding assembly vertically and provides the required movement for the upper electrode wheel.
Gas Storage Tanks
Stores and buffers compressed air to provide a stable air supply for the pneumatic system.
Water Circuit Components
Equipped with flow monitors, water pipes, valves and fittings for monitoring and controlling the cooling water circulation.
