Product Introduction:
The design of the multi head spot welding machine is based on the customized design of the buyer's trunking components, with the workpiece manually fed and automatically positioned without clamping. High production efficiency, with a production rhythm of approximately 1.5-2.5 seconds for 25 steps, taht is 50 seconds per workpiece.
Features:
1. Accurate microcomputer control: The microcomputer inside the welding machine scans the input voltage in high numbers for a long time. As soon as the power supply fluctuates, it immediately calculates the compensation data and changes the welding energy, so that welding does not have false welding or explosion due to unstable voltage. It is more suitable for use under unstable voltage, and can ensure even welding effect each time.
2. Stable current output: Due to the use of microcomputer microcontroller control, the current regulation is refined to ensure stable output current, and the welding discharge time control is precise and unrestricted.
3. Simplified operation settings: All parameters are computerized, using LCD liquid crystal display and keyboard adjustment, accurate, intuitive, and convenient.
4. Easy to adjust and use: The spacing between welding needles and the pressure of welding needles are independently adjustable, suitable for the welding of fine components, with accurate alignment and high yield.
