Product Introduction:
The automatic tube rolling seam welding machine is an integrated welding solution designed specifically for the rounding and welding of filter drums. Its workflow is clear and efficient: after manual loading, the equipment is started with both hands, and the workpiece is automatically moved to the welding station. During the molding stage, the electromagnetic valve controls the cylinder to drive the mold, accurately coiling the flat plate into a cylindrical shape; Subsequently, the pressurization program is initiated, and the pneumatic electrode wheel presses and rolls the workpiece; The welding program precisely controls the on/off of the transformer through thyristors, and cooperates with servo motors to drive electrode wheels to achieve continuous rolling welding; Automatically unload after completion, completing the entire cycle. The whole machine has a compact and beautiful structure, stable performance, and balances safety and energy efficiency. It is particularly suitable for high-quality welding of thin and low-carbon steel cylinder bodies.
