Product Introduction:
The welding machine can adapt to the welding requirements of different caliber fuel tank metal rings by replacing the annular electrode ring as a whole. Seven fixed convex points are prefabricated on each specification of electrode ring, and the diameter of the convex point distribution circle changes synchronously with the size of the ring body, ensuring that the welding points of different specifications of workpieces are evenly and reasonably distributed. Both the upper and lower electrode rings are connected to the device through quick installation interfaces, and there is no need to recalibrate the electrode position during type changes, which ensures both the efficiency of type changes and the accuracy of alignment after each installation. The controller supports multiple sets of welding specifications storage, and can separately save corresponding current, time, and pressure parameters for different wall thicknesses or materials of fuel tank shells. One click calling can complete process switching. The dual function integration of spot welding and projection welding expands the process coverage of the equipment. The semi-automatic mode combined with the fast changing electrode design makes small-scale and multi variety production equally economically feasible, balancing the efficiency of specialized equipment with the flexibility of general equipment.
Features:
1. The welding equipment can adapt to the welding requirements of various specifications of fuel tank metal rings by replacing the annular electrode rings with different diameters as a whole, without the need to adjust the position of a single welding head. The replacement speed is fast and the alignment accuracy is high.
2. Each specification of annular electrode ring is pre fabricated with 7 fixed protrusions, and the diameter of the protrusion distribution circle changes synchronously with the size of the ring body, ensuring that the welding points of different diameter fuel tanks are evenly distributed and the quantity remains unchanged.
3. Both the upper and lower electrode rings are connected to the equipment using standardized quick installation interfaces. When replacing, there is no need to recalibrate the electrode alignment position, which ensures both the efficiency of the replacement and the coaxiality of the upper and lower electrodes after each installation.
4. The controller supports multiple sets of welding specifications storage, and can save corresponding current, time, and pressure parameters for different wall thicknesses or material combinations of fuel tank shells and metal rings. When changing models, one click calling can complete process switching.
5. The equipment has dual functions of spot welding and projection welding. In addition to welding metal rings with circular electrode rings, resistance welding operations of other structures can also be completed by replacing the electrode form, expanding the process coverage of the equipment.

Fixed Convex Point Annular Electrode Assembly: One annular electrode ring on each top and bottom, with 7 fixed convex points on the ring. During welding, the upper and lower circles are pressed synchronously, and power is applied simultaneously at 7 points, forming 7 welding points at once. Internally water-cooled, quick change overall, compatible with different specifications of fuel tanks.
Cylinder: Adopting aluminum alloy cylinder barrel, low damping sealing ring, and light friction ring combination with hydraulic cylinder, the surface is wear-resistant and has a long service life, achieving extremely high dot speed, electrode pressurization, smooth and fast.
Gas Storage Tanks: The projection and spot welding machine is equipped with a dedicated gas storage tank, which is beneficial for reducing welding pressure fluctuations and ensuring stable welding force.
Waterway Components: All waterway components undergo surface treatment to prevent rusting, and waterway drainage is independently discharged to the water tank. Based on the outflow situation, blockages in the waterway can be observed and eliminated.
Welding Test:
Welding Workpiece: Fuel tank shell+metal ring
The workpiece consists of a half section oil tank shell and a matching metal ring. Place the fuel tank shell facing upwards on the lower electrode platform, and press the metal ring onto the upper electrode accordingly. After welding, the metal ring is firmly fixed to the inner wall of the fuel tank opening, meeting the sealing and subsequent assembly requirements.
