Product Introduction:
The Mark Free Spot Welding Machine supports rapid changeover and continuous spot welding operations. The welding arm responds quickly, and with the adjustable platform and multi joint arm's wide coverage ability, it can significantly improve the welding cycle of large sheet metal parts such as door panels, boxes, and agricultural machinery covers, and reserve interfaces for subsequent installation of automatic fixtures or robot loading and unloading.
Features:
1. The electrode cap adopts a standard straight or curved handle structure, which can be quickly tightened and replaced by hand or using a simple wrench.
2. Each pivot of the multi joint arm is equipped with locking screws. If it becomes loose after long-term use, an Allen wrench can be used to easily adjust the damping.
3. The connection between the welding arm and the host adopts a detachable flange, which facilitates the disassembly and transportation of equipment or the replacement of welding arms of different lengths/shapes.
4. The control panel centrally sets the current, welding time, air pressure adjustment knob or digital settings, and the parameters are intuitively adjustable without the need for dedicated software.
5. The surface of the all purple copper platform can be cleaned with fine sandpaper or a specialized copper brush to remove the oxide layer or welding slag and restore its conductivity.

Pneumatic pressurization system(Cylinder): By driving the piston rod with compressed air, stable and adjustable welding pressure is applied to the electrode.; Pneumatic pressurization is stable and uniform, and the pressure can be infinitely adjusted to ensure that each solder joint is subjected to consistent force and the formation of weld nuggets is reliable; Cooperate with rapid response control to effectively improve welding consistency and yield rate.
Welding gun (vertical/horizontal): On flat overlapping workpieces, a vertical welding gun can be used to weld from top to bottom; On workpieces with deep cavities or inner structures, a horizontal welding gun can be used to enter from the side. Both types of welding guns can reliably install electrodes and conduct welding current and pressure. The freely selectable design allows you to easily reach the welding point no matter what angle you face, thereby reducing the frequency of workpiece flipping and the complexity of fixture adjustment.
Full copper countertop: In spot welding operations, the all copper tabletop plays three key roles simultaneously: conductive lower electrode, heat dissipation body, and workpiece support surface. Copper conducts electricity quickly and has extremely low resistance, effectively reducing welding energy consumption. Its excellent thermal conductivity can quickly dissipate heat and prevent the back of the workpiece from burning or discoloration, thus achieving seamless welding effect. The flat and wear-resistant tabletop itself allows the workpiece to be placed directly without the need for additional lower electrodes or copper pads, making the operation process more simple and efficient.
Multi joint welding arm (parallel joint structure): It realizes flexible extension and rotation of electrodes in the horizontal plane, allowing welding points to cover any position on the workbench.; The unique parallel joint design allows for flexible rotation and a wide range of extension of the welding arm, covering any point on the workbench. It is easy and effortless to operate, especially suitable for multi-point welding of large or irregular workpieces.
