Product Introduction:
The Rocker Platform Spot Welding Machine is controlled through the coordination of intermediate frequency platform and pneumatic vertical pressure, ensuring stable formation of weld nuggets, consistent diameter of fusion nuggets, high welding strength and good repeatability. It is suitable for industries with strict welding quality requirements, such as automotive seat frames, rail transit interior parts, and metal furniture structural components.
Features:
1. It can be used for spot welding of anti-theft door frames and panels, with a single-sided single point seamless effect that meets the appearance requirements of the door panel.
2. Suitable for reinforcing ribs and hinges of welding control cabinets and distribution boxes in sheet metal processing plants, with sufficient platform load-bearing capacity to support the box body.
3. It can stably weld galvanized steel plates with a thickness of 1.5+1.5mm, used in the production of ventilation ducts or cable trays, with firm welding points and no burning through of the coating.
4. For low-carbon steel plates with a thickness of 2.5+2.5mm (such as agricultural machinery covers and shelf columns), effective fusion can be achieved to meet structural strength requirements.
5. In the metal products industry, it can be used to weld stainless steel sink hooks, thin-walled pipes, and base plates. The welding gun can be flexibly converted vertically or horizontally to adapt to different workpieces.

Pneumatic pressurization system(Cylinder): By driving the piston rod with compressed air, stable and adjustable welding pressure is applied to the electrode.; Pneumatic pressurization is stable and uniform, and the pressure can be infinitely adjusted to ensure that each solder joint is subjected to consistent force and the formation of weld nuggets is reliable; Cooperate with rapid response control to effectively improve welding consistency and yield rate.
Welding gun (vertical/horizontal): This welding gun has two options: vertical and horizontal. It is responsible for installing electrodes, conducting current and pressure. You can choose vertical or horizontal according to the shape of the workpiece - vertical for flat overlap and horizontal for deep cavity structure. No matter what angle, the welding point can be easily reached. This way, the workpiece does not need to be flipped over and over repeatedly, and the fixture does not need to be adjusted repeatedly, which is very convenient.
Full copper countertop: This all copper tabletop serves as both a conductive lower electrode and a heat dissipation body, as well as a workpiece support surface. The three functions are integrated into one. Because copper conducts electricity quickly and has low resistance, welding is particularly energy-efficient. Additionally, it has fast heat conduction and heat dissipation, which can prevent the back of the workpiece from being burned or discolored, achieving seamless welding. At the same time, the tabletop is very flat and wear-resistant, and the workpiece can be welded directly without the need to install electrodes or copper pads. The operation is very convenient and efficient.
Multi joint welding arm (parallel joint structure): It realizes flexible extension and rotation of electrodes in the horizontal plane, allowing welding points to cover any position on the workbench.; The unique parallel joint design allows for flexible rotation and a wide range of extension of the welding arm, covering any point on the workbench. It is easy and effortless to operate, especially suitable for multi-point welding of large or irregular workpieces.
