Product Introduction:
The Single Sided Welding Machine adopts intermediate frequency inverter control technology, the power factor is high and the welding current is stable. Compared with traditional power frequency welding machines, it has significant energy-saving effects. At the same time, it has the ability to quickly respond and accurately control heat. It is suitable for precision workpieces that require small heat affected zones and less welding spatter, such as instrument casings, metal mesh plates, and thin plate structural components.
Features:
1. The standard size of the welding platform is 1000 × 800mm or 1500 × 800mm, which can be customized non-standard.
2. The platform height can be adjusted electrically or manually within the range of 700-800mm.
3. The countertop is made of wear-resistant insulation material to prevent scratches on the workpiece and accidental shunting.
4. The tabletop can be equipped with T-shaped slots or fixture interfaces for easy fixation of complex workpieces.
5. The operating height is suitable for standing or sitting operations, reducing the labor intensity of the operator.

Pneumatic pressurization system(Cylinder): By driving the piston rod with compressed air, stable and adjustable welding pressure is applied to the electrode.; Pneumatic pressurization is stable and uniform, and the pressure can be infinitely adjusted to ensure that each solder joint is subjected to consistent force and the formation of weld nuggets is reliable; Cooperate with rapid response control to effectively improve welding consistency and yield rate.
Welding gun (vertical/horizontal): In welding operations, you can freely choose between vertical and horizontal welding guns according to the shape of the workpiece. After installing the electrodes, welding current and pressure can be conducted. Vertical welding guns are suitable for surface welding points such as flat overlap, while horizontal welding guns are easy to reach into deep cavity structures at different angles, effectively reducing the number of workpiece flips and fixture adjustment steps.
Full copper countertop: When using a full copper tabletop for spot welding, simply place the workpiece directly on a flat and wear-resistant tabletop to start the operation. The tabletop itself serves as both a conductive lower electrode and a supporting surface without the need for additional lower electrodes or copper pads. Thanks to the low resistance and high thermal conductivity of copper, the welding process is energy-saving and heat is quickly dissipated to avoid burns or discoloration on the back of the workpiece, achieving seamless welding.
Multi joint welding arm (parallel joint structure): It realizes flexible extension and rotation of electrodes in the horizontal plane, allowing welding points to cover any position on the workbench.; The unique parallel joint design allows for flexible rotation and a wide range of extension of the welding arm, covering any point on the workbench. It is easy and effortless to operate, especially suitable for multi-point welding of large or irregular workpieces.
