Performance Parameters

• Load Capacity: Rated load is 1500kg, which is specially designed for light and medium cargo handling scenarios, perfectly matching the daily handling needs of small warehouses, convenience stores and workshops.

• Power System: Typically equipped with a 0.55kW-0.75kW DC drive motor and a 0.6kW-0.8kW DC lifting motor. It uses a 24V maintenance-free lead-acid battery (capacity usually 80Ah-100Ah), ensuring stable power output while reducing daily maintenance workload.

• Travel & Lifting Speed: The travel speed is about 3.5km/h when fully loaded and 4km/h when unloaded, suitable for low-speed and safe operation in narrow spaces. The lifting speed is approximately 18mm/s (fully loaded) and 25mm/s (unloaded), and the lowering speed is about 35mm/s (fully loaded) and 28mm/s (unloaded), balancing efficiency and stability.

• Minimum Turning Radius: Generally as small as 1400mm-1500mm, enabling flexible turning and reversing in narrow passages (such as 1.8m-wide aisles), which is more adaptable than conventional 2.0T models.

• Compact & Lightweight "Little King Kong" Design: The body is more streamlined, with a total length of about 1500mm-1600mm and a net weight of around 300kg-350kg. It is easy to move and store, and can be used in small spaces where large-scale handling equipment cannot enter (such as small supermarket back warehouses, small workshop production lines).

• Cost-Effective Economic Choice: Lower purchase cost compared with high-load models; maintenance-free battery and modular electrical components reduce later maintenance costs. It is a cost-saving solution for small and medium-sized enterprises with low handling frequency.

• Simple & Labor-Saving Operation: The walk-behind operating handle has an ergonomic design, with clear buttons for lifting, lowering and walking. It can be operated with one hand, reducing the labor intensity of operators (especially suitable for long-time continuous operation).

• Reliable Safety Configuration: Equipped with core safety devices such as electromagnetic brake (automatic braking when releasing the handle), emergency power-off switch and anti-collision buffer at the front of the vehicle. The non-slip pedal and handle anti-slip cover further improve operation safety.

• Strong Environmental Adaptability: The chassis has a ground clearance of about 50mm-70mm, which can adapt to slightly uneven ground in workshops or warehouses. The motor and battery are equipped with dust-proof and water-proof covers (reaching IP44 protection level in general), suitable for dry and normal dust environments.
