The XHZ1010SC DC Resistance Tester is a mandatory testing device for semi-finished and finished transformer products during factory acceptance tests, installation, overhauls, tap changer adjustments, commissioning tests, and preventive maintenance conducted by power utilities. It inspects the welding quality of winding joints, detects inter-turn short circuits in windings, verifies the contact reliability of voltage tap changers at all positions and the consistency between actual and indicated tap changer positions, checks for broken lead wires, and identifies strand breaks in multi-strand parallel windings. Adopting advanced power supply technology, the instrument features compact size, light weight, high output current, excellent repeatability, strong anti-interference capability, and comprehensive protection functions. Controlled by a high-speed single-chip microcomputer, it achieves high automation with automatic discharge and discharge alarm functions, enabling rapid and accurate measurement of transformer DC resistance.
