This all-in-one instrument integrates a micro-moisture meter, a purity tester and a decomposition product analyzer, replacing three separate devices with one compact unit. One on-site test is enough to complete three indicator detections, slashing gas consumption by two-thirds per measurement and improving work efficiency greatly.
SF6 gas is the insulating and arc-extinguishing medium of high-voltage switchgear, circuit breakers, gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) and gas-insulated transmission lines (GIL). The integrated tester measures the dew point, the SF6 purity and the concentration of decomposition products (H2S, SO2 and CO) through a single gas connection, giving a complete assessment of gas quality that supports equipment condition evaluation and preventive maintenance planning.
Designed for fast field work, the instrument measures the dew point in 5 minutes and the purity and decomposition products in 2 minutes. The original German imported self-locking connectors guarantee a leak-free connection, while the built-in 4Ah rechargeable lithium battery supports 10 hours of continuous operation, making it a reliable companion for inspection teams working through a full day of testing.
