Product Overview

This quantitative SF6 leak detector is designed for accurate measurement of sulfur hexafluoride gas leakage from circuit breakers and SF6-filled equipment. The working principle is based on the fact that when the concentration of SF6 gas in the air changes, the ionization degree of the mixed gas under the action of a high-frequency electromagnetic field varies accordingly; the SF6 concentration is reflected by detecting the ionization degree. With a separate probe and main unit, a small vacuum pump draws samples through a 4-meter pipe, while an LCD display shows the gas concentration value and an audible alarm sounds automatically when the measured concentration reaches the set threshold.
