The XHSC-60Q is a fully integrated digital burn-through bridge that combines high-voltage burn-through (60kV, 600mA) and intelligent bridge fault pre-location in a single portable pull-rod case. Purpose-built for field service teams who need rapid deployment on complex cable systems — including GIS-terminated and cross-interconnected high-voltage networks — without the logistical burden of separate instruments.
Key Advantage: One portable case. Two critical functions. The XHSC-60Q eliminates the need to transport and set up separate burn-through and bridge instruments — reducing vehicle space, setup time, and operational complexity on job sites where access is constrained.
The XHSC-60Q houses its high-voltage constant current source, bridge detection module, and 3.5-inch TFT LCD display inside a rugged pull-rod case rated for field transport. The entire system weighs only 29kg, enabling single-operator deployment from vehicle to test point. A turntable selector switch seamlessly toggles between burn-through and bridge modes — no cable reconnection required.
