Q6:How to make sure the door quality, do you with inspection ?
A:Our Quality Controller (QC) will follow all key process, we will also take picture + video to share with you, before delivery you can see all details. If you with an office or agent in China, they are welcome to our company for inspection, to make sure all things follow invoice. Also can choose CCIC or BV famous Third Party Inspection for inspection, will with their fully inspection report for our products.
Q7:Can you make the door according to our drawing? A:Yes,we can.But customer should send us drawing to check firstly,then we shall reponse you the correct drawing for production .
Q8: What’s your policy for samples? A:For small sample,we can offer for free.For completely doors ,we have to charge some cost on actual situation. But we will refund the sample charge to you if you place bulk order next time.
