Wooden Far Infrared Sauna Room

Salt Therapy
Principle: Also known as halotherapy, it mainly uses natural salt stones like Himalayan salt. Special equipment grinds salt into tiny particles to form dry salt aerosol, which is dispersed in a specific salt therapy room. When people breathe in the room, these salt particles enter the respiratory tract and lungs, performing functions like cleaning, sterilizing, and anti-inflammation.

Hot Stone Sauna

Steam
Principle: Generates steam by heating water, filling the sauna room with high-temperature, humid steam (usually 50–70°C).
Functions: Steam opens up skin pores to boost metabolism and cleanse the skin. It also moisturizes and soothes the respiratory system, relieving dryness and inflammation in the airways.
