Built-in soft LED lights bring vivid striped details to life after dark. Rated IP65 waterproof, it holds up well against rain and sunlight for long-term outdoor placement. We tailor size and colour per client requests, ideal for zoo displays, wildlife-themed parks and seasonal festival landscape decoration.
Q1: Does the tiger lantern’s striped pattern peel off in harsh outdoor weather?
A: We hand-paint patterns on treated lantern cloth then apply an extra outdoor protective coat. The pigment bonds tightly with fabric, resisting peeling from wind, rain and strong UV radiation for years of outdoor exhibition.
Q2: What anti-corrosion work is done on the internal iron skeleton for humid coastal locations?
A: All metal frames go through rust removal, primer spraying and anti-rust paint twice. For seaside projects with high salt content, we upgrade to galvanized steel frames to slow corrosion effectively.
Q3: Is the arch complicated to install? Can we install it ourselves or do we need a professional team?
A: Installation consists of basic assembly and lantern splicing, which can be completed by 2-4 people with the included manual in about 4-6 hours. We also provide remote video guidance. If on-site installation service is needed, we can arrange a team of professional engineers according to the project location, following up from site survey to final debugging.
Q4: How are the waterproof and windproof performance of the lantern for outdoor use?
A: The lantern is designed with IP65 waterproof rating, with all LED light sources and wiring joints sealed to withstand rain and snow. The steel frame has passed wind resistance tests based on common local wind levels, and reinforcement accessories can be added according to site conditions to meet long-term outdoor display requirements.
Q5: Can it be customized according to our venue size and theme? How long is the customization cycle?
A: Full customization is available: we can adjust the arch height, octopus color, coral shape, and even incorporate brand elements. The standard customization cycle is 30-45 days, including design confirmation, production, lighting test, and packaging. Rush orders can be prioritized based on our production schedule.
