Q1: What materials are used for the outer skin and internal frame? Will it crack or fade under long-term outdoor sunlight?
A: The outer layer is made of thickened eco-friendly high-density silicone mixed with UV-resistant pigment, resisting peeling and fading outdoors. The load-bearing inner frame is hot-dip galvanized steel pipe with full anti-rust welding. All motor wiring joints are double-layer sealed with waterproof sleeves, enabling stable operation in rainy southern areas and coastal salt fog environments.
Q2: How are large dinosaurs packed for cross-border shipment? Can the volume be reduced to avoid damage?
A: The dinosaur is split into modular parts: head, limbs, torso and tail to cut container space and sea freight costs. Each component is wrapped with shockproof pearl cotton and reinforced with solid wood frames. We will record full packing videos before shipment. Any damaged parts caused by logistics will be re-delivered free of charge.
Q3: What is the warranty period? How to handle damaged motors or skin after sales?
A: The whole set comes with a 12-month standard warranty. Non-artificial damage to electric motors and audio mainboards will be replaced free within the warranty term. The silicone skin is a wearable outdoor part; we supply repair glue and touch-up paint at cost price for lifetime use. Remote technical support is available permanently even after the warranty expires.
