the refrigerator production line, the making steps and the equipments needed as follows,

  1. Refrigerator body sheets process, design and make the metal sheets drawings, use the automatic metal sheet cutting machine to cut the body metal sheets, use the laser engraving machine or drilling machine to make the holes or engrave holes on the sheets
  2. To bend the body sheets, use the sheets bending machine
  3. Install the refrigerator body sheets together and stick the refrigeration tube inside it. This step normally do manually.
  4. Make the body foaming, need the refrigerator foaming mold and foaming machine, the foaming mold can be wooden molds or aluminum molds
  5. Make the refrigeration unit installation(compressor, evaporator, condenser and tubes, cooling fan), assembled.
  6. Install the thermostatic control panel, install the doors, shelves,etc
  7. Inject the refrigerant into the refrigeration system and test
  8. Make the refrigerator cleaning and make the packaging.
