3. Battery is 1:1 100% persent copy. Not origial..cz now all the models refurbished already stopped can't find the original one.
4.Housing all original one , (refurbished one also have, China can't make the housing as you said, I don't know how they make refurbished maybe just oil and painting in some place damaged. )
5. Accessory: Charger, battery, mobilephone. No box, user manual, earphone or USB. (No original one now in market. And most customer only buy the net mobilephone, so now we don’t make. but box can make as customer like.)

7. Aftersale service: We will give some spart part we think it will be damaged easily when customer use it. And if have phone problem, we can service in shenzhen and you can send to HK and we pick up from HK to shenzhen and repair for you.
You can send your QC to check goods one by one, also we have our QC. Until now, we don’t have much problem from the customer feedback. You know mobilephone is like this . Every company have their standard of quality, it is the improtant.cz customer never buy second time from the first time bad quality. So we will try to check carefully. It is bad if customer want to return.
8. Delivery time: ready goods 2-3 days sometimes can send out today when you checked. If need order special requirements, for example change the sticker or others need more time.
9. MOQ: first time try order: can be less than 100pcs, we will support to develop the market and second order must be more.
Price we will keep for you the best than others and if you can became big in 2-3 month, we will try to give up other customer but then we will have agreement to sell how many quantity week or moth or season, something like this. ok?
