Diamond saw blanks and steel cores for block cutting of slabs of Granite, Sandstone, Marble, and Kinds of Hard Stones after brazing diamond segments, Suitable for Bridge cutting machine, Single arm cutting machine, Vertical plus horizontal cutting machine, and Block squaring cutter, Gantry cutting machine, Bridge multiblade block cutter.
The diameter range from 530mm-3500mm
Type: Normal and silent type, wet and dry cutting are both available.
The segments can be welded on the saw base body, high frequency induction welding, laser welding or silver welding.
Diamond saw blanks and steel cores are made with high strength special steel, precisely heat treated, grinded, straightened and tensioned and uniform metallurgical structure.
