Tempering steel hot cut circular saw blade for solid steel profile
Hot saw blade are used in circular sawing machines for cutting hot rolled steel sections, steel tube, and steel bar (square, round and flat). Material of cutting workpiese include mild steel, alloy steel, bearing steel, tool steel etc.
Blade material: used quality tool steel, 45Mn2V, 50Mn2V 65Mn, 51Mn7, 46Mn as saw body material.
It is characterized by good comprehensive mechanical property, high hardness and abrasive resistance at the tip of tooth.
Size from 800 to 2500mm
Thickness from 7 to 16mm
Tooth hardness 50-55HRC.

Slant tooth:
Suit for hot and cold cutting of steel tubes,beams and solid steel.
Pendulum tooth:
Suit for hot and cold cutting of steel tubes, beams and solid steel.
Parrot tooth:
Suit for cold cutting of steel tubes, profiles and steel beams.
Using condition: The temperature for cutting should be over 750℃, and 800℃ for high alloy steel. It requests the sawing machine with collent water above 3Mpa.
