The Soft White 50 GSM Spunlace Nonwoven Fabric is a lightweight and soft textile material specially developed for quilting, home textiles, protective covers, and bedding composite applications. Manufactured through advanced spunlace hydroentanglement technology, this fabric features a smooth surface, excellent softness, and superior flexibility, providing a fabric-like touch that is ideal for comfort-oriented textile products.
With a lightweight 50 GSM structure, this spunlace nonwoven fabric offers an excellent balance between softness, breathability, and processing efficiency. The high-pressure water entanglement process creates a uniform fiber network without chemical binders, resulting in a cleaner, more natural-feeling material with good drape and dimensional stability.
Its soft surface and flexible construction make it particularly suitable for quilting layers, protective cover materials, and inner composite components in bedding and home textile products.
