100% Polyester Waterproof Terry Cloth Fabric with TPU Membrane and High Absorbency for Mattress Covers
The 100% Polyester Waterproof Terry Cloth Fabric is a durable and versatile functional textile developed for mattress covers, mattress protectors, bedding, and home textile products requiring reliable liquid protection. Constructed from high-quality polyester terry cloth and combined with a waterproof TPU membrane, the fabric provides a practical balance of softness, durability, moisture resistance, and easy-care performance.
The polyester terry surface features a dense loop construction that gives the fabric a soft, comfortable texture while providing good moisture absorption. Unlike many natural-fiber fabrics, 100% polyester offers excellent dimensional stability, abrasion resistance, and resistance to repeated washing, making it particularly suitable for mattress covers and other textile products exposed to frequent use and cleaning.
The reverse side can be laminated with a flexible TPU waterproof membrane to form a continuous liquid-resistant barrier. This construction helps protect mattresses and bedding from water, sweat, spills, and other moisture while maintaining good flexibility for sewing and quilting. The fabric can be processed into fitted mattress covers, quilted protectors, mattress pads, and other protective home textile products.
With customizable GSM, width, terry loop structure, TPU film thickness, color, and functional treatments, the fabric can be adapted to different product specifications and market requirements.
