The 36 Core ADSS (All-Dielectric Self-Supporting) Cable is a robust, high-capacity solution for aerial fiber deployments. Unlike lower core counts, our 36-core model utilizes a Stranded Loose Tube architecture, ensuring superior mechanical protection and fiber organization.
Designed for installation on power distribution lines and telecommunication poles, this cable is reinforced with high-modulus Aramid Yarn and a rigid central strength member. The Single Jacket (SJ) construction provides a lightweight profile that minimizes pole loading while offering full protection against UV, moisture, and wind-induced vibrations.
Stranded Loose Tube Design: The 36 fibers are distributed across 3 tubes (12 fibers per tube) stranded around a central strength member. This design provides better "fiber excess length" control, preventing signal attenuation during extreme temperature changes.
100% Non-Metallic (All-Dielectric): Safe for installation in "live-line" environments near high-voltage power cables. No grounding or messenger wire required.
High-Tenacity Aramid Yarn: We use premium aramid yarns to provide high tensile strength, allowing for spans of 100m, 150m, or customized distances based on local climate.
Lightweight Efficiency: The single-jacket design reduces the cable's overall diameter and weight, making it easier for crews to pull and tension during installation.
Long-Term Environmental Seal: The PE outer jacket is optimized for 25+ years of outdoor exposure in harsh sunlight and heavy rain.
