Engineering Design
Our factory has a complete engineering design team, which produces drawings quickly and accurately. Capable of designing according to customer requirements. Can cooperate with customers in new product design, product structure optimization, and other related work.
Raw material selection
We start with the selection of raw materials to ensure absolute quality assurance for your goods.
Welding
Our welding technicians will manually weld your product to ensure that every interface is reliable.
Polishing
We will polish your product multiple times according to different color requirements to ensure color accuracy and corrosion resistance. Can make you use it for a longer period of time.
Dyeing
We will dye according to the customer's needs, and our dyeing master will completely follow the customer's color palette during dyeing. After dyeing is completed, we will compare and ensure that there is no color difference before proceeding to the next step of production.
Assembling
After dyeing is completed, we will match all the accessories of the entire lamp and hand it over to our assembly master for manual assembly.
Self inspection and customer inspection
After the assembly is completed, we will assign a dedicated person to conduct quality inspection to ensure that the product quality meets the delivery standards. If the product meets the standards after self inspection, we will promptly inform the customer for quality inspection.
Transport
After the customer's inspection is completed, we will pack and seal the goods. If wooden frames are needed for transportation, they will be placed on wooden frames after packaging is completed. We support all transportation routes for shipment and will strictly inspect to ensure that the goods arrive at the customer's home intact and undamaged.
