The YINTU YT-Racked ESS-10kWh is a low-voltage rack-mounted battery for residential energy storage. Each module combines 10.24 kWh nominal energy, 51.2 V nominal voltage and 200 Ah rated capacity with a built-in BMS and display. Its SPCC enclosure provides a defined module format for organizing storage in a suitable rack.

The battery works with a compatible external inverter. It does not include an integrated solar inverter or provide household AC output by itself. YINTU helps match battery modules, inverter requirements and installation conditions to a project-specific solution, drawing on products supplied by capable manufacturing partners.

Residential Applications

This module can form the battery side of a home solar storage system, a configured essential-load backup system, or a residential installation requiring several modules in a rack. Solar charging, backup transfer, AC output and operating modes are determined by the selected external inverter and complete system design.

How the Battery Fits into a Solar System

Solar panels connect to a suitable external solar inverter. The battery modules connect to its battery DC interface, with the required BMS communication link. The inverter manages conversion between the DC battery and household AC loads. Grid connection and backup circuits follow the selected inverter capability and the installation design.

This topology is a system concept, not an installation wiring drawing. Confirm inverter voltage compatibility, current settings, communication protocol and the final electrical design before installation.

Electrical Specifications

The 100 A value is the maximum charge/discharge current stated in this datasheet. Operating settings must also remain within the limits of the inverter, protection devices, cables and approved configuration. The 5HR notation is the rating basis for capacity; it is not a promise of five hours of backup for every household.

Parallel Capacity Planning

Up to 16 modules can be connected in parallel according to the product specification. The following nominal-energy examples are calculated from 10.24 kWh per module:

Parallel connection increases nominal storage capacity while retaining the nominal 51.2 V battery platform. The combined AC power, usable energy and runtime depend on the complete system. Confirm module matching, BMS settings, rack arrangement, interconnection hardware and inverter compatibility before choosing the final module count.

Mechanical and Environmental Specifications

Plan a protected indoor installation suitable for IP20 equipment. At approximately 98 kg per module, rack support, floor loading and handling access must be considered for the complete assembly. Check rack depth, cable space and service clearances against the installation manual.

Battery Management and Service Life

The design-life and cycle-life figures are specification values. They do not define a product warranty. The datasheet states more than 6,000 cycles at 100% depth of discharge; additional test conditions and the cycle endpoint should be confirmed when evaluating project requirements. Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a complete all-in-one solar system?

No. It is a rack-mounted battery module. A compatible external inverter, solar equipment where required, electrical protection and installation accessories are specified separately.

How much energy does one module store?

The nominal energy is 10.24 kWh per module. Actual deliverable energy and operating time depend on state-of-charge limits, conversion losses, temperature, load demand and system settings.

Can it work with any 51.2 V inverter?

Nominal voltage alone does not confirm compatibility. The inverter model, supported battery voltage limits, charge/discharge settings and communication protocol must be checked together.

Can I expand the battery rack later?

The datasheet permits a maximum of 16 parallel units. Later expansion should follow the approved module-matching and installation procedure, with sufficient rack capacity and compatible controls.

Does the design life mean a ten-year warranty?

No. More than ten years is the stated design life. Warranty duration, coverage and operating conditions are separate commercial terms confirmed for the offered configuration.
