100 Ah LiFePO4 batteries for compatible golf carts and utility vehicles, with up to 200 A maximum discharge, RS485/CAN communication and 15-level BMS protection. Configuration matching by YINTU.
Select a traction battery around the cart platform and its daily service. The golf cart series offers 100 Ah capacity across three electrical configurations, with maximum discharge up to 200 A on the 80 V version. YINTU helps fleet operators and vehicle builders match battery, controller, charger and mounting space for the intended use.
YINTU is an energy storage and battery solution provider. We work with capable manufacturing partners to coordinate product selection, technical clarification and the agreed supply scope for customer equipment projects.
Each configuration lists a 100 Ah capacity, with voltage selected for the vehicle platform. Capacity alone does not define travel range; cart efficiency, passengers, gradients and usable battery limits determine the operating result.
Maximum discharge is 100 A for the first two configurations and 200 A for the 80 V version. Match acceleration and climbing demand to the approved controller and battery operating limits.
The series specifies 15 levels of BMS protection along with RS485/CAN communication. Confirm the integration protocol and controller response so the vehicle and battery operate as an agreed system.
Maximum charge current is 50 A or 100 A depending on the version. Different enclosure dimensions and weights support a configuration review around the battery bay, mounting points and charging arrangement.
Provide battery options for compatible golf carts operating course routes. Consider passenger load, terrain and daily rounds when sizing the system and planning charging between operating periods.
Support compatible carts carrying guests, luggage or staff around resort properties. Capacity and charging selection follow the route, stop pattern and service windows rather than a blanket driving-range claim.
Evaluate batteries for suitable low-speed maintenance and utility vehicles. Match the controller, accessory loads, mounting space and duty cycle to the selected electrical configuration.
Review a conversion with the existing motor controller and charger before specifying the pack. YINTU coordinates the electrical interface, enclosure and supply scope with manufacturing partners for the approved vehicle platform.

* Engineering recommendation, subject to manufacturer confirmation before order: the first configuration is treated as 51.2 V nominal based on the 51.2V100Ah model designation and a typical 16-series LiFePO4 arrangement. The original nominal-voltage row stated 48 V. The supplied 58.0 V charge endpoint is retained. Dimensions retain the source order; no numerical cycle-life value is specified.
The battery is selected as part of an equipment power system. A matched charging source supplies the pack, and the approved equipment interface connects it to the intended load. Communication and monitoring functions follow the selected configuration. Protection, cable sizing, switching and installation details belong to the final equipment design.
Start with the equipment requirements: cart controller limits, motor current, passenger or cargo load, route, charging profile, mounting space, connector and RS485/CAN protocol. We use this information to compare the listed configurations and identify the technical points that need alignment with the manufacturing partner.
Charger, display, wiring, connectors, monitoring services and installation support are included only where specified in the quotation. Certification requirements, warranty and performance commitments are confirmed for the selected configuration; the series listing does not establish a blanket approval for every application.
Compatibility depends on the controller and charger operating windows, not just the vehicle class name. The first pack nominal voltage is an engineering recommendation pending confirmation, and the full charge/discharge limits must be checked.
Share the equipment model or design, voltage and current requirements, duty cycle, available installation space, charger information and the required control interface. Include any destination-specific testing or approval requirements.
The source images illustrate the product series. Enclosure, terminals, cables and accessories follow the selected configuration and approved drawing. Dimensions in the table retain the source order unless otherwise confirmed.
Send YINTU your equipment requirements and quantity plan. We will coordinate a suitable battery configuration and a clear technical and supply proposal with our manufacturing partners.
